TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.0 STANDARD TERMS
1.1 This forms the information on how to enter the draw:
2.0 WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Entry is open to all residents of Canada and the United States who have purchased and used Art For Everyday products in one of their designs.
2.2 Designs featured within the images must belong to the designer or contractor. If the design arrangement is of a third party institution, it is the responsibility of the sender to obtain permission from that institution to use the image.
3.0 HOW TO ENTER?
3.1 The draw commences on Thursday March 24th 2011 and concludes on Monday June 20th 2011. Entries will close at 24.00 EST on Monday June 2011.
3.2 In order to participate, entrants must upload their image along with their full name and email address. They must also agree to the terms of this draw.
3.3 Entrants may enter the draw as many times as they like provided that each submission is unique.
3.4 The more images that the entrant uploads, the higher the likelihood the entrant has of being selected in the draw.
3.5 Entries must be received by Monday June 20th 2011
4.0 PRIZES
4.1 There will be one winner and they will receive a $500 Visa voucher.
4.2 For every image received that fulfils the photo specs (see 6.0), Art For Everyday will donate $5 dollars to the Hardwood Forestry Fund.
5.0 THE DRAW
5.1 The winner will be drawn randomly from the total pool of entries. Each entrant who has entered over the duration of the draw and completed all the required details will be eligible.
5.3 The winner will be drawn live via a video stream on the 21st of June. A link will be provided to each entrant closer to the deadline.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email in order to claim their prize.
6.0 PHOTO SPECS
6.1 Photos should be clear, in focus and of usable quality. Photos from most digital cameras will be acceptable as well as any taken on a iPhone 4.
6.2 The photo must include at least one Art For Everyday product.
7.0 OWNERSHIP
7.1 Once the photo has been uploaded, the best ones will be chosen to be used on our website, social media sites and in various other publications. Any image that we use will be accredited to the person or company who sent in the image. In participating in the draw, the entrants agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the draw. The entrants agree to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
7.2 Decisions regarding the choosing of images are at the discretion of Art For Everyday.
