The Popularity of High-Quality, Green Design
July 10, 2015
It’s that time of year when publications start doing year-in-review type articles, and—in line with this—Builder Magazine is offering its look at the “10 Top Design Trends of 2011.” Intrigued, we read on, and found that two of the trends in particular stood out to us. Firstly, there’s the trend of prioritizing quality above quantity. Residences may be decreasing in size, but they’re not sacrificing style or luxury. “Think small, live large” is what Builder Magazine calls it, mentioning features like great kitchen islands. Secondly, people want eco-friendly designs. Going green has caught on. We’re highlighting these two trends specifically because of their relevance to what we do at Art for Everyday. Our quality woodcarving designs add architectural interest to cabinetry and other areas of the home, thus adding to the quality of a space. Furthermore, our products are environmentally friendly. Visit the Art for Everyday website to learn more about our company and our architectural woodcarving offerings.
